HUMAN RESOURCES

The mission of the Human Resource Office is to provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate, and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. The HR Staff are committed to fostering leadership and service of the highest quality. The responsibilities within the department have been aligned with our mission in an effort to optimize both the skills and capacity of staff. As a result, our core services and competencies include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organizational and employee development, risk management, compensation and benefits, payroll, HR information management, and regulatory compliance. This office is responsible for administering inter-agency polices and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
